As one of the largest neonatal providers in the mid-Atlantic, our team is continually growing. We have a structured preceptorship period for new hires. All new employees work simultaneously with an experienced Commonwealth Neonatology employee through an orientation program addressing all aspects of care and management administered by our group. Once competence is demonstrated with regards to patient care, procedures and management of the computer-generated record, a provider may practice independent, onsite care. In addition, at any one time in the practice, there is a minimum of two MDs available for consultation regarding patient management.

Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
